How We Impact the Community

Since Connolly Ranch Education Center’s inception in 1990, over 300,000 children, families, schools, and community members have had life-changing, nature-based experiences at our educational center. Whether it’s holding a chicken for the first time, taking a guided silent mindfulness hike, or planting a seed and then harvesting the vegetable, each experience is centered around deepening a relationship with nature while evoking environmental stewardship and individual curiosity, self-awareness, and confidence to learn and explore.

Our nonprofit organization is deeply committed to our community and provides a number of low-cost weekday & weekend activities and seasonal festivals. Additionally, we partner with over 6 Bay Area school districts to provide engaging, hands-on, nature-based educational field trips to over 3,000 students every school year. Our beautiful, historic property in the heart of Napa is the perfect place for children of all ages to experience the joys and wonders of nature through discovery-based education.

Testimonial

The responsibility and care that this organization has provided for our community during this deeply unsettling and traumatic time has been nothing short of a blessing. While our love ran deep before the 2020 journey, now it knows no bounds.
