Leadership Napa Valley

LNV is the only comprehensive leadership program in Napa Valley. Its focus is to build leadership and community skills to develop new leaders in the community. The program attracts talented community-minded individuals from all sectors and further develops those skills by educating them about various aspect of Napa life including Agriculture, Winemaking, Tourism, Health and Human Services, Government, Education, Criminal Justice, Arts, Business, and Planning and Development. In the course of the 9-month program, class members are introduced to government, non-profit, and industry leaders. The course work encourages students to explore ways to deploy new skills and giving back to our community by building a life-long network of leaders that can work together to enhance our community. Participants are tasked with exploring underserved areas of the community and apply newly acquired leadership skills to develop short- and long-term strategies to aid various non-profit organizations. Many of our graduates have gone on to become prominent industry, non-profit, and government leaders.
