With the help of generous donors like you, we work to ensure that everyone in our community has the compassionate care they need as they face the challenges of aging, serious illness, and the end of life.

For adults with dementia, developmental disabilities, and other serious illness, our Adult Day Health program helps participants stay mentally and physically active and offers personalized nursing services and therapeutic activities. As the Napa County Alzheimer’s Day Care Resource Center, we provide crucial caregiver respite, support groups, and community education.

Through PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) we provide comprehensive medical care and social services to qualifying older adults. PACE helps them remain independent, living at home for as long as possible.

With a focus on comfort and quality of life, our Palliative Care and Hospice teams provide compassionate medical care for those who are facing the end of life and grief support for those living with loss.
